Back in the 1970s, Stefania and Albert Unterkircher welcomed guests with a warm ‘Hello, Servus and welcome!’
With passion, dedication and enthusiasm, they welcomed guests who left our hotel with smiles on their faces and unforgettable memories in their hearts.

In 2022, Arnold and Georg lovingly renovated their parents' house and turned it into modern, cosy apartments – places to feel good, relax and enjoy yourself.

Welcome to Terenten – South Tyrol's sunny village!

Terenten, idyllically situated at an altitude of 1,210 metres on the Puster Valley Sun Road, can proudly call itself the sunniest village – the sun shines here more often than anywhere else in South Tyrol. Nestled between Bruneck, the heart of the Puster Valley, and the historic bishopric town of Brixen, Terenten is a true paradise for nature lovers and active holidaymakers.

In summer, the gentle mountains and green alpine pastures invite you to go on long hikes: from leisurely walks to the Agstnerbergalm or the Tiefrastenhütte to more challenging mountain tours to the Eidechsspitze or Hochgrubbachspitze – both leisure hikers and mountaineers will feel right at home here. In the village centre, you will find a modern sports centre with riding stables, tennis courts and a football pitch, as well as the popular activity park with a large playground and mini golf course – there's no chance of boredom here.

Winter transforms Terenten into a small winter wonderland. Right in the village, children and beginners can try their first turns on the practice ski lift, while experienced skiers can reach South Tyrol's number one ski mountain, Kronplatz, in just 20 minutes. A free ski bus takes you directly to the slopes every day. Snowshoe hikes to the Pertinger Alm or a fun toboggan ride round off your winter experience.
